人粒细胞无形体病——一例报告并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 人粒细胞无形体病（Human granulocytic anaplasmosis．HGA）为我国新发生的传染病，该病以发热，白细胞、血小板减少和多脏器功能损害为主要临床表现，并可有凝血异常、异常淋巴细胞增多等多项血液系统异常表现，易与血液系统疾病混淆，重症患者可因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。直接接触患者血液、体液等可引起感染。加深对此病的认识对提高血液科医师的临床诊疗水平及诊治患者时的隔离、保护具有重要意义。我科于2008年6月临床诊断1例HGA患者，将其临床及实验室检查特点报告如下并作文献复习。
