摘要
对上海一平均深度为22.4m的超高层建筑基坑工程逆作法施工进行了实测分析。采用高层建筑与地基基础共同作用理论对基坑工程的逆作法施工进行全过程的理论计算,分析各个工况的中柱桩隆起、轴力、剪力和楼板弯矩以及地下墙竖向轴力的变化,并与实测的中柱桩的隆起进行对比,结果相当吻合。论证了高层建筑与地基基础共同作用理论对逆作法的适用性和合理性。
It presents the test analysis in the up-down construction of which the average excavation depth is 22.4m of a super-tall building in Shanghai.It includes the analysis of the swelling,axial and shear forces of diaphragm wall and mid-post piles and moment of slabs at different stages of up-down construction during the whole construction process by using the theory of interaction between superstructure and foundation.The calculated deformation(swelling) is in agreement with the monitoring result.The analytical...
