摘要 通过辐射诱变K17B干种子获得高秆隐性单基因突变体,再与K17A测交、回交,转育成长穗颈不育系K17eA。用K17eA配组选育的e型杂交早稻组合表现高产稳产,米质和抗性优于对照金优402;其中e优2号、e优6号、eK优4号、eK优10号先后于2005—2007年通过了江西省品种审定。 K17eA, an eui CMS line in rice, is developed by crossing a mutant with eui genes induced from dry seed of K17B by radiation to K17A and adopting the conventional successive backcrossing method. It has the char- acteristic of an elongated panicle neck controlled by recessive genes, resulting in a higher plant with complete pani- cle extension, so it can avoid or lessen the heavy use of high dosage of GA3 in hybrid rice seed production. Some early rice hybrids derived from K17eA or e-type early hybrid rices, have been developed and they performed better than the controlled varieties or hybrids in yielding ability, grain quality and disease resistances in regional trials of Jiangxi Province. Among them, e You 2 (K17eA/Jingu 2), e You 6 (K17eA/Jinguhui 6), eK You 4 (K17eA/ Jinguhui 4) and eK You 10 (K17eA/Jinguhui 10) were registered and released to commercial production in Jiangxi Province during 2005 and 2007.
