本文简述了华中电网的形成和现行华中电网的调度管理模式；分析了新形势下华中电网调度管理模式存在的问题；提出了一种适应新形势的电网调试管理模式和电网调度管理范围划分原则。

In this paper, we describe the formation and dispatch of electric network, analys some problems about management model for developing electric network, and propose a management model and dividing dispatch spheres when operating on new situation.
