摘要
针对我厂新建一座１８００ｋＶＡ直流矿热炉投产运行达不到设计要求，使产品质量下降，单耗上升问题，我们对现场运行情况进行分析，发现属底电极及炉膛砌筑问题；提出了改进措施，并取得良好的经济效益。
In order to overcome the defects of a 1800Kva DC electric furnace, this paper analyses the cause of reducing product quality, discovers some problems of electrode and furnace, and raises improving method for attaining good economic benefit.
