In recent years, conference and exhibition industry has become a booster of a city＇ s development because it is a industry characterized by high economic profit, large-scale industrial radiation. In this thesis, The developmental situation of Tangshan＇ s conference and exhibition industry and its promoting effects on economy are analyzed, and combining with the aim of constructing powerful economic city, the countermeasures to advance the construction of Tangshan powerful economic city with the conference and exhibition economy are illustrated.
