开郁清热方对自发肥胖型2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响 被引量:7

Influence of Kaiyuqingre Formula on glycolipin metabolism in spontaneous obese T2DM rats

摘要 目的:探讨开郁清热方对自发肥胖型2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠糖脂代谢的作用及机制。方法:自发T2DM大鼠OLETF为研究对象,其同品系非糖尿病大鼠LETO为正常对照,给药12周,检测其糖脂代谢,并以正糖钳夹试验评价其胰岛素抵抗水平。结果:开郁清热中药可降低OLETF大鼠口服糖耐量血糖曲线下面积,改善正糖钳夹实验葡萄糖输注率,下调胆固醇、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸水平。结论:开郁清热中药能有效调节自发T2DM大鼠糖脂代谢水平。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Kaiyuqingre Formula ( KYQR ) on glycolipin metabolism in OLETF (Otsuka Long Evans Tokushima Fatty). Methods: Forty OLETF and ten LETO as control were used. The rats were given KYQR by intragastric administration for 12 weeks. The rats' blood glucose and lipid were detected, and hyperinsulinemic-euglycemic clamping was used to show the degree of insulin resistant. Results: Glucose levels of plasma, TC, cholesterol and FFA in KYQR group were lower than those in control. Glucose infusion rates increased significantly in KYQR as compared with control. Conclusion: It suggested that Kaiyuqingre Formula can adjust glycolipin metabolism of OLETF rats.
