摘要 排种盒是播种机的关键部件,其性能的好坏是影响播种质量的主要因素之一。其中,外槽轮式排种器应用范围最广。排种盒为其中的关键零件,其形状复杂,模具的加工难度较大。为此,利用Pro/E强大的三维实体建模功能,可以完成排种盒的三维造型,为模具的数控加工打下基础,解决了排种盒模具制造的难点问题。 Seed-drilled appliance is a key part of the planting device, whose performance is one of the main factors influencing sowing quality. Among them, the wheeled one is most widely used. As a k.ey part, its form is complicated and the difficulty of processing of the mould is relatively great. Therefore, with the profound three-dimensional entity modeling function of Pro/E, three-dimensional modeling of seed-drilled appliance can be finished, which lay the foundation of numerical control processing of mould and solve the difficult problem of mould manufacture.
