摘要
运用了优化算法的BP神经网络设计高压共轨式电控柴油机的故障诊断系统,以高压共轨式电控发动机的传感器数值作为BP网络的输入,把发动机的故障状态作为BP网络的输出,以此来对电控柴油机进行实时的故障诊断。将诊断结果与实测结果进行比较后,证明此方法是可行的。
In this paper, a new fault diagnosis is designed by using the optimum BP neural network technique. Some signals of sensors, which control the engine, are input into the BP neural network. And the BP neural network outputs the engine fault situation, which can realize fault diagnosis for electronically controlled diesel engines. After comparing the diagnosis results with measured values from a test bench, this method is proved to be viable.
