Protective farming is an advanced agricultural technique, aiming at protecting ecological environment, promoting sustainable utilization of farmland and saving cost and raising benefit in agriculture, taking mechanic working as the main means, stalk re- turned to field and minimum tillage and no tillage as main contents, so as to prevent wind-borne dust in the bare farmland and loss of soil, retain water to preserve soil, fertilize soil, save cost and raise benefits, reduce stalk burning, promote sustainable development of agriculture.
