摘要
基于我国目前卤水提溴的主流工艺——空气吹出酸液吸收法中吹出工序吹脱率偏低,能耗较高这一现状,提出超重力空气吹出的工艺技术。重点考察了超重力吹脱过程中气液比、pH、超重力因子、氧化液中总溴浓度等因素对游离溴吹脱率的影响。试验结果表明:在温度20~25℃,气液体积比120,pH为3.5,超重力因子为84.67时,总溴质量浓度为250mg/L的氧化液单级吹脱率可达88%以上,三级吹脱率达93%;而传统塔设备中的吹脱率为75%~85%,相比提高了10%左右。在相同操作条件下,总溴质量浓度为2000mg/L的氧化液单级吹脱率可达94.5%,吹出效果显著,能耗降低。
Based on the lower stripping rate and higher energy consumption of the sour adsorption way of air stripping----- the main technology for extracting bromine from brine domestically, the process of air stripping by high gravity is proposed. The effect of gas to liquid volume ratio, pH value, super gravity factor and total bromine concentration of oxidized liquid on the shipping rate of free bromine are studied in the air stripping process by high gravity. The test results show that the single-stage and three-stage stripping rate are about 88% and 93 % respectively under the following operational conditions:temperature of 20- 25~C, gas-liquid volume ratio of 120, pH value of 3.5, super-gravity factor of 84.67, the total bromine mass concentration of 250 mg/L, which is about 10% higher than the air stripping rate of 75 % - 85 % in the traditional tower equipment. Under the same operational conditions, the single-stage stripping rate is 94.5% with the total bromine mass concentration of 2 000 mg/L provided. The stripping effect for bromine is remarkable, and the energy consumption is decreased.
