摘要
以上海世博会世博中心整体提升的片架式钢桁架为例建立数值模型,分析钢桁架在提升阶段的受力情况。通过分析,提出在桁架上弦杆顶部增设装拆式水平桁架,以增加受压杆件在平面外的惯性矩的方法。对不同跨度比的桁架进行分析,提出跨度比应大于0.75,此时桁架平面外变形绝对值很小,且侧向变形趋于平缓。研究成果表明:采取适宜跨度比的装拆式临时水平桁架,对截面高而窄的片架式钢桁架,在整体提升开始阶段能够保证结构的稳定性,防止发生平面外挠曲。
Taking tablet-frame type steel truss by integral hoisting in Expo Center for example, numerical simulation method is used to analyze force condition of steel truss during hoisting. Through analysis, the method of adding assemble-disassemble type and horizontal truss on upper chord is put forward, which can increase out-plane moment of inertia of compression bars. Furthermore, it is also pointed out that when span ratio is lager than 0.75, the absolute values of out-plane deformation is small, and the lateral deformation tends to smoothness. All of the results show that adapting assemble-disassemble type and horizontal truss with suitable span ratio is necessary during hoisting to assure the stability of tablet-frame type steel truss with high and narrow section.
