摘要
上海世博会世博轴阳光谷为大跨度异形钢结构建筑,由于其节点构造的复杂性与特殊性,国内外现有的专业软件都不能胜任该结构的深化设计工作。分析该工程的特点、难点和功能需求,深化设计与制作CAD/CAM集成信息系统的架构体系、核心数据结构和重要功能的实现算法。该软件具备从三维实体建模到自动输出加工图与数控加工数据的完整功能,并已成功应用于阳光谷的实际工程建设。同时指出成功实施快速开发与应用该软件的关键。
Sun Valley of Expo Axis is special-shaped and large-span steel structure. Because of complexity and particularity of tubular joint conformation, existing domestic and oversea professional softwares are characteristics, difficulties and functional requirement of this structure, not suitable for detailing design of this structure. By analyzing the the calculation method for architecture system, core data structure and important function of integrated CAD/CAM information system is designed, which is used for detailing design and manufacturing. This software combines 3D solid modeling with automatic output of processing map and NC data, and it has been used in actual construction of Sun Valley successfully. Besides, it also indicates key points of rapid development and application of this software.
