Application of New Plywood Formwork with Steel Frame in High-rise Residential Structure

结合高层住宅短肢剪力墙结构的特点,研究开发了一种新型钢框胶合板模板体系。从面板材料选择、边框选择、模板幅面及单板设计、模板组装等方面介绍了该模板体系的设计方案、节点构造措施,以及相应的安拆关键工艺。工程实践证明,该模板体系具有可满足清水混凝土效果,提高工效,降低成本,节约资源等技术经济特点,可广泛应用于高层住宅短肢剪力墙结构中。

Considered the characteristics of high-rise residential short-leg shear wall structure, a new kind of plywood formwork with steel frame is researched. And the design program and structural methods of nodes are introduced from aspects of choice of panel meterial and side frame, design of formwork format and veneer, formwork assembly, as well as the key technology of installation and disassembly. Engineering practice proves that this formwork system has several technical and economical characteristics, such as meeting the effect of fair-faced concrete, improving efficiency, reducing cost, saving resources and so on, and can be widely used in high-rise building with short-leg shear wall structure.
