摘要 目前高大模板支架的设计和施工没有统一标准,导致高支模施工坍塌事故时有发生。通过现场调查和实测,统计获得了模板支架构配件的几何参数。对上海某工程的高支模体系进行现场检测试验,研究施工过程中支架立杆、横杆和剪刀撑内力变化规律。研究发现实测的轴力值大于按规范计算所求的轴力值;横杆和剪刀撑在施工过程中经历了复杂的应力变化,且剪刀撑的应力值较大,进行模板支架设计和搭设时应重视剪刀撑的设置等。 At present, there is no uniform standard in design and construction of high formwork, which leads to collapse of high formwork construction accidents. Through on-site investigation and meastrement, the geometric parameters of high formwork support fittings are obtained. And by on-site examination for high formwork support, the rule of internal force variation of support erecting pole, cross rod and bridging in the construction are researched, qlae results show that the measured axial force is larger than standard one, cross rod and bridging experiences complex stress variation in the construction process, and the stress value of the bridging is larger. So the arrangement of bridging should be paid more attention to when carrying on the formwork support design.
