Construction Technology of Granite Anticorrosive Floor

从材料质量要求、配合比、配制方法等出发,介绍花岗岩防腐地坪的施工工艺。指出块材应选用中细粒的花岗岩,YJKF型呋喃树脂胶泥不得选用具有阻聚作用的粉料和颜料,聚丙烯酸酯乳液、砂浆、环氧树脂等材料在粘度等方面均应符合标准要求。施工过程中采用混凝土、砂浆基层+环氧树脂玻璃钢二布三胶隔离层+丙乳砂浆+花岗岩板+YJKF型呋喃树脂胶泥灌缝的技术措施。同时介绍防止灰缝鼓起、裂缝、勾缝不密实的防治措施等。

From the aspects of quality requirement, mix proportion and fabricating method of material, the construction technology of granite anticorrosive floor is introduced. It is pointed out that middle and fine particle granite should be chosen, powder and pigment with polymerization inhibition function should not be used for YJKF self-solidified furan resin daub, and the materials of polyacrylate emulsion, mortar, epoxy resin should meet standard requirement. During construction, the improved technology is adopted, which is concrete and mortar base ＋ isolation layer with two-layered epoxy resin fiberglass and three-layered adhesive ＋ polyacrylate mortar ＋ granite plate ＋ YJKF self-solidified furan resin daub for crack pouring. Furthermore, the prevention measures for blowing up of mortar joint, crack and no dense joint are introduced.
