摘要
一方认为:用国家标准"铁矿石还原粉化试验静态还原后使用冷转鼓的方法"(GB/T13242-91)做试验时,由于有缓冷过程,试验结果是不可靠的。另一方则认为:标准已执行多年,应该没有问题。为解决争论,在实验室进行了试验。结果表明:烧结矿在还原后的缓冷过程不产生粉化,相反略显抑制粉化;烧结矿在不还原的缓冷中也不产生粉化。国标GB/T13242-91没有问题。
In China, some people think that taking nation standard "after static deoxidize iron ore deoxidize pulverization test used rotate drum "( GB/T 13242-91 )in experiment,the experimental outcome is unreliable due to delay cold process. While there some people think that the nation standard has been used for many years, there should be no problems in it and the experimental outcome should be reliabel. In order to settle down the disput,we do test in the laboratory. The result indicates that there exists no pulverization after sinter ore deoxidize delay cooling, in contrast, it control the pulverization ;inter ore no pulverization in the case of not deoxidize. There should exsits no problems in nation standard GB/T 13242-91.
