摘要
立辊调宽控制板形具有操作方便的特点,利用轧制塑性泥的方法,对钢板的平面形状变化进行物理模拟。在试验的基础上采用回归正交设计的方法得到了工艺参数与钢板平面形状的数学模型,为实际生产中提高钢板的成材率提供了理论参考。
The edger- width control panel is convinient to operate. In this paper,we carries out physical simulation on plastic plate on the mud flat shape changes, on the basis of the trial, we get mathematical model of process parameters and the shape of a flat plate with the method of orthogonal design method, provides theoretical reference for improving the rate of plate in actual production.
