摘要 目的:探讨血清β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)含量在老年性痴呆(AD)诊断中的价值。方法:采用平衡饱和竞争放射免疫分析法检测30例AD组(分为轻、中、重三组)及30例智能正常老年对照组血清Aβ含量,所有数据均经SPSS11.0软件进行统计学处理。结果:AD组与智能正常老年对照组血清Aβ含量分别为(1.36±0.60)μg/L和(0.72±0.26)μg/L,AD组明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且与病情严重程度呈正相关。结论:血清Aβ含量测定在AD诊断中有临床参考价值。 Objective: To investigate the significance of serum β-amyloid (Aβ) in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Methods: The saturated balance competition RIA was used to detect the content of Aβ in 30 cases of AD group (further divided into 3 groups: mild, moderate and severe subgroup) and 30 cases of intelligence normal elderly control group. All the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 11.0 software. Results: The contents of serum AI3 in AD group and the control group were (1.36±0.60) μg/L and (0.72±0.26) μg/L respectively, the former was obviously higher than the latter. There was a statistical difference compared with the control group (P〈0.01), and it showed a positive correlation with the severity of illness. Conclusion: The content determination of serum Aβ has clinical reference value in the diagnosis of AD.
