中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

Clinical research of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treating endometriosis

目的:研究中药配合孕三烯酮胶囊治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的临床疗效。方法:将110例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为两组,治疗组57例,采用内服温阳益气散寒化瘀中药,配合口服孕三烯酮治疗,对照组53例单纯口服孕三烯酮治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果:在临床总有效率、痛经程度评分、盆腔包块变化等方面,两组比较均有显著性差异。结论:中西医结合治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效显著。

Objective： To research the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine with Gestrinone capsule treating the endometriosis （EMS）. Methods： The 110 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups, Treatment group （57 cases） used Chinese medicine on Wenyang Yiqi Sanhan Huayu orally, and with Gestfinone oral treatment. Control group （53 cases） used simply Gestrinone oral to treat, the treatment course were all 3 months. Results： In the clinical total effective rate, the degree of dysmenorrhea score, pelvic mass changes ,and so on, Treatment group were statistically significant than the control group. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treating endometriosis is significant.
