利用国产磷酸盐研制肉制品添加剂混合磷酸盐,其较理想的配方是01%六偏磷酸钠+02%焦磷酸钠+02%三聚磷酸钠,可使产品出品率达到115%。
The meat product additivemixture phosphate was prepared with phosphates made in China.The ideal formula was made of 01%(NaPO3)6,02%Na4P2O7 and 02%Na5P3O10.The rate of products reached 115%.
