基于非正式学习的知识管理 被引量:1

摘要 教育的发展已突破校园的围墙,走向开放的动态的社会环境中。逐渐倡导的终身学习也成为了非正式学习的一个极大的推动者。野中郁次郎的SECI模型极好地阐述了知识管理的过程,本文从知识生成的四个环节分析非正式学习内部的教育知识管理和创新,并指出虽然借助SECI模型极好地对非正式学习进行了系统化的探讨,但模型自身也有一些需要改进的不恰当之处。
