移动政务现场力量自动化系统研究

摘要 移动政务提倡分布式的、现场型的管理模式。而目前我国各地方政府建立的移动政务系统大多是基于SMS的,只实现了向服务对象发送公共服务信息的功能。本文提出了一种面向政府现场办公人员的移动政务现场力量自动化(Field Force Automation,FFA)系统,对该系统的系统架构、逻辑架构、运行模式进行了设计,并提出了关于系统实现的建议。 m-Government advocates distributed and field management. Nevertheless, the existing m-Government systems developed by domestic government almost implement sending public service information to service object based on SMS merely. This paper proposed a government field operator oriented m-Government field force automation (FFA) system. It designed the system framework, logic framework, operation mode of this system, and also gave some advices about system development.
