本文根据ERP应用系统的特点和业务要求,结合大型跨国公司的应用实践,分析了基于ITIL的事故管理流程在ERP应用系统中的应用特点和最佳实践方法。
The paper analyzes the characteristics and best practices of ITIL based incident management process which is used in ERP application system management in global companies. This best practice fully considers the features of ERP application system and the business requirement to ERP system.
