摘要
针对煤矿掘进机复杂及恶劣的生产环境,通过红外热成像技术的使用,采用非接触式远程故障诊断技术对掘进机电机的工作状况进行监测,并采取客户机/服务器模式,将监测图像实时传送回中心控制室,通过对图像的处理、分析,同时形成趋势报告,根据实时分析结果,及时采取人工干预或自动控制方法最大程度减少故障的发生率,提高设备平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)。该技术已在三一重型装备有限公司煤机模拟试验场取得应用,经过实际验证,效果良好。
Under the condition of complex working environment of coal mine heading machine, the IR Thermography technique has been used to monitor electro motor's working status of heading machine, which is non-touching and long-distance. At same time monitor images have been transmitted to center-control room based on C/S mode, the trend report will have been got through dispos- ing and analyzing. According to the result, the way of manpower intervention will have been adopted to reduce failures and improve MTBF. The technique has been applied at coal mine machines simulation proving ground of SANY Heavy Equipment Co.,Ltd. Through practicing, the effect is fine.
