将海带切成05mm以下的小薄片,经浸泡、冷冻干燥制成海带薄片;将海带经水与酒精的浸提液调制,加入调味料等,经喷雾干燥制成海带粉末,二者分别包装,即成海带茶,饮用时根据个人嗜好适当调配。
Kelp was cut into small pieces with thickness of less than 0 5mm, soaked and freeze-dried to kelp slices. Then kelp was extracted in water and alcohol and flavourings were added to the extract, which was spray-dried to kelp powder. The two products were packed separately to give kelp tea. The tea can be further formulated as desired when serving.
