阻断子宫血流急救剖宫产术中出血18例分析

Analysis of 18 cases of the application of the pressure pulse banding the lower uterine segment in the treatment of massive hemorrhage during cesaream section

目的探讨压脉带捆扎子宫下段在治疗剖宫产术中大出血中的应用价值。方法18例剖宫产术中因子宫收缩乏力、前置胎盘、巨大胎盘等原因导致的子宫出血病例采用压脉带捆扎子宫下段阻断子宫血流临床效果。结果18例剖宫产术中大出血的患者均采用此方法,均取得良好的效果,无1例子宫切除术,无并发症发生,子宫复旧,月经复潮时间无异常。结论压脉带捆扎子宫下段阻断子宫血流具有操作简单、止血迅速及安全易行等诸多优点,早应用可避免增加输血、失血性休克等的发生,并能保留生育功能,是治疗剖宫产术中大出血行之有效的外科止血方法。

Objective：Diseuss the application of the pressure pulse banding the lower uterine segment in the treatment of massive hemorrhage during cesarean section. Methods： The clinical effect of eighteen cases of cesarean section due to lack of uterine contraction,placenta previa,huge placenta and other reasons of the uterus bleeding cases with the use of the pressure pluse banding the lower uterine segment block the uterine blood flow. Results： 18 cases of massive hemorrhage during cesarean section of patients using this methed,goed results were achieved without a uterine surgery, no complications, uterine involution, resumption of menstrual abnormalities tide time. Conclusion： The method of the pressure pulse banding the lower uterine segment to block the blood flow of uterine has many advantages,such as simplified operation,quick hemostasis,sagely and easily to perform. If early used ,it can avoid more blood transfusion,hemorrhagic shock,and preserving fertility.It is a useful method of surgical hemostasis on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean section.
