TAT皮试液溶度过高的原因分析与对策

Causes analysis of high solubility of TAT skin test solution and the countermeasures

目的探讨临床上TAT皮试液溶度过高的原因与对策。方法选择目前正在不同地区50家二甲以上医院使用的TAT注射液为调查对象。采用符合标准的1 mL注射器抽吸,以准确了解TAT注射液的容积,同时询问各家医院护理人员配制皮试液的方法。结果不同厂家生产的TAT注射液容积不同。甚至相同厂家不同批号的产品容积有时也不同,而各家医院护理人员配制皮试液的方法一致。结论TAT制剂溶度和容积不同而护理人员采用相同的方法配制是导致TAT皮试液溶度过高的原因。

Objective：To explore the causes of high solubility of TAT skin test solution and find out its Methods： The solubility and preparative methods of TAT skin test solution in 50 double ＂AA＂ and upper hospitals in different regions were investigated. Results： The results showed that the volumes of TAT parenteral solution, from different manufacturers or from same manufacturers product at different batch number were different. However,the preparative methods of TAT skin test solution in different hospitals were unanimous. Conclusion： The solubility and volume of TAT are different while the nursing staffs adopt same way of skin test solution lead to high solubility of TAT skin test solution.
