摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术肾结石的护理措施。方法总结105例经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的护理体会。结果经严密护理,患者取石术创伤小,出血少,术后恢复快,住院时间缩短。结论认为术前加强病人的心理护理,术后密切观察生命体征的变化,加强管道护理,注意尿液变化情况是病人顺利康复的保证。
Objective：Discuas nursing method for Holmium Laser Pereutaneeus Nephrostolithotomy. Methods： Experience of nursing 105 cases of Holmium Laser Percutuneeus Nephrostolithotomy to cure kidney stone. Results： Trough close nursing of the patient, the wound of nephrolithotomy is small, the amount of bleeding is few, and the patient recovered fast after his operation, length of patient stay is shortened. Conclusion： Increasing preoperative psychological nursing, closely observing the change of postoperative vital sign, strengthening tubing nursing, paying close attention to the change of urine are the guarantee for the patient to convalesce nicely.
