摘要
文章根据Na2SO4—Na2CO3—H2O三元体系0℃和25℃相图,探讨了分离芒硝碱的方法。经按相图进行计算,每生产1tNa2CO3约需蒸发24.82t水,能耗太高,但我国盐湖多位于北方,冬寒、夏季降雨量少,日晒时间长、年蒸发水量大。为此提出利用自然气候条件分离芒硝碱的工艺。冬季往芒硝碱中加水,靠气候条件冷冻到0℃,析出Na2SO4·10H2O,母液靠夏季日晒蒸发水分析出Na2CO3·10H2O,在基本上不消耗能源条件下分离芒硝碱。
A separaton method of burkeite is discussed according to the phase diagram of Na2SO4-Na2CO3-H2O system at 0℃ and 25℃,Theoretically,24.82tons of water must be evaporated if 1 ton of Na2SO3 is produced. It consumes toomuch energy. The most of salt lakes are located in the northern part of china where it is cold in winter, dry in summer and evaporation is high. so a separation method of burkeite Can be realiaed by use of the climatr comdetion. water is added in burkeite in winter and it is cllled to 0℃ by climate condition. Na2CO3·10H2O is segregated out. Therefore, burkeitie is decmoposed in the condetion of no consmption of energy.
