分离芒硝碱的方法探讨

摘要 文章根据Na2SO4—Na2CO3—H2O三元体系0℃和25℃相图,探讨了分离芒硝碱的方法。经按相图进行计算,每生产1tNa2CO3约需蒸发24.82t水,能耗太高,但我国盐湖多位于北方,冬寒、夏季降雨量少,日晒时间长、年蒸发水量大。为此提出利用自然气候条件分离芒硝碱的工艺。冬季往芒硝碱中加水,靠气候条件冷冻到0℃,析出Na2SO4·10H2O,母液靠夏季日晒蒸发水分析出Na2CO3·10H2O,在基本上不消耗能源条件下分离芒硝碱。 A separaton method of burkeite is discussed according to the phase diagram of Na2SO4-Na2CO3-H2O system at 0℃ and 25℃,Theoretically,24.82tons of water must be evaporated if 1 ton of Na2SO3 is produced. It consumes toomuch energy. The most of salt lakes are located in the northern part of china where it is cold in winter, dry in summer and evaporation is high. so a separation method of burkeite Can be realiaed by use of the climatr comdetion. water is added in burkeite in winter and it is cllled to 0℃ by climate condition. Na2CO3·10H2O is segregated out. Therefore, burkeitie is decmoposed in the condetion of no consmption of energy.
