CIMS在家具生产中的应用

CIMS is Applied in the Field of Furniture Manufacture

借助于电子计算机,不但可以使产品的制造过程实现自动化(如采用CNC设备),还可以使产品设计和经营管理自动化。一种能够使企业整个生产和经营活动的过程实现集成与优化的计算机控制系统,就称为计算机集成制造系统(Computer Integrated Manufacturing System,简称CIMS)。

Nowadays manufacturing products with smaller scale but greater variety is an urgent requirement in furniture industry. CIMS is one of the most effective ways which can realize the production. This article illustrates the application of integrated software system from the point of view of automatic manufacturing process. The main problems for our enterprises in introducing CIMS are analyzed as well.
