随着移动视频流的迅速发展,无线网又不能解决射频带宽资源的有限性。如果需要提高产品质量,唯一的途径就是在增加移动视频的应用范围和可用性的同时,提高观看质量。文章介绍了QoE及其属性,描述了影响QoE的因素和讨论解决了这些因素的方法。

Since mobile video streaming will develop at a rapid pace, wireless network can not solve the limited bandwidth. If you need to promote product quality, and the only way to do that is to increase the reach and availability of mobile video while simultaneously increasing a viewer＇ s perception of quality. In this paper we analyze the attributes of perceived quality, i. e. the quality of experience （QoE） for video content consumption. We then describe the factors that affect QoE.
