摘要
根据控制过程划分,人力资源成本管理可分为事前控制、事中控制和事后控制。文章从事前控制入手,通过优化组织结构、科学定岗定编、对人力资源成本进行预测等措施,论述了如何进行酒店人力资源成本的控制。
According to the partition of the control process, the management of human resources cost can be divided into advance control, intermediate control and afterwards control. This paper starts from advance control to elaborate how to control the human resources cost in hotels through many methods such as optimization of the organizational structure, scientifically setting positions and quotas, forecasting the human resources cost and so on.
