My Understanding for Better Moral Education in Technical Schools

德育是技工学校开展素质教育的一个核心教育工作。要突出地把德育摆在技工教育的首位,努力搞好技工学校的德育工作。而目前技校德育工作还存在着许多问题和不足,要把握技工教育德育的重点和基本原则,突出技工教育特色和技工学生心理特征,坚持以人为本、与时俱进、正面激励、开放办学、以德育人,充分发挥社会实践、学科渗透和教师示范的作用,以提高技工教育德育的针对性和实效性,从而使学生实现"成人、成才、成功"的目标。

Moral education is a core of quality education in technical schools. We should highlight at first position to location it , and strive to get it better in technical schools. At present, there are still many problems and shortcomings in moral education of technical schools. We should grasp the focus and basic principles of moral education in technical schools , prominent feature of technical education and psychological characteristics of students , adhere to people - oriented and to positive incentives and to advance with the times and to cpening education and to persuasive with moral, fully play its role to training by the social practice and to infiltrate the various disciplines and to demonstration by teachers in technical education , improve the relevance and effectiveness of moral education, thus help students to achieve their goals in life for becoming beneficial , professional skilled and successful ones.
