摘要
以某石化公司裂解老区一台第二急冷锅炉整体更新制造为例,详细介绍了第二急冷锅炉制造过程中对材料检验和复验、筒体的制造、挠性管板制造加工以及焊后消除应力热处理等制造关键点上对制造方法运用以及对制造工艺的控制。
In this paper, the update process of a second overall quench boiler in the old pyrolysis zone of a petrochemical company is set as an example, and then the materials testing and repeatability, cylinder manufacturing, flexible manufacturing process during the second quench boiler manufacturing process is introduced in detail, meanwhile the key points of tube plate weld heat treatment to eliminate stress and the control of manufacturing processes are described.
