摘要
随着中国汽车工业的发展和人们生活水平的提高,汽车的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性变得越来越重要。磁流变悬架作为介于主动悬架和被动悬架之间的装置,是采用新型功能材料磁流变液的、具有较好可控特性的新型减振器,具有耗能少、结构简单、响应速度快、成本低廉、可靠性高等优点,在汽车工业中具有巨大的发展潜力。本文论述了磁流变悬架的情况,说明了几种常用的磁流变悬架数学模型,介绍了磁流变悬架技术的进展,并对磁流变悬架的研究进行了展望。
With the development of Chinese automotive industry and the improvement of the life standard, the comfort ability and operation stability of the automotive is becoming more and more important. Magneto-rheological suspension is a type of equipment between active suspension and passive suspension. This equipment is a new vibration absorber that applied new magneto-theological fluid of functional materials and with good controllability, and this equipment has many advantages such as less energy-consuming, simple structure, fast response time, low coat and high reliability, so it has a huge development potential in automotive industry. The article discussed the situation of magneto-rheological suspension and several frequently-used mathematical models. In the end, the article introduced the development of magneto-theological suspension and forecasted the perspective of magneto-theological suspension.
