摘要 连杆零件小且型面复杂、空间尺寸不便于测量,加工部位多,形位公差部位多且要求严,加工中难以控制。针对零件结构特点及精度要求,阐述了该零件的工艺设计思想及具体内容;详细介绍了加工设备UCP600的机床特性以及专用组合夹具的结构特点;指出了利用PRO/E软件辅助制造的作用和意义;为小型、多型面、多部位的零件加工问题提供了较好的解决办法。 The linkage part has the features as small and complicated structure, hard to measure the dimensions,many positions need to process, has strict requirements on position tolerances and hard to control during machining. This article describes the process design ideas and the concrete contents of this part on the basis of the structural characteristics and the precision requirements of the parts. And then this paper introduces the performance of the machining equipment UCP600 and the structural characteristic of the special fixture in detail. Meanwhile it points out the effect and significant of the application of PRO/E software. Finally, it provides a good solution for the machining of small parts with more faces and more positions need to be manufactured.
