摘要
对某雷达产品铝合金精密微波零部件在盐浴钎焊过程中产生大量腐蚀的原因进行了分析,通过大量工艺试验,找出了合理的工艺参数,完成了各型不同结构铝合金精密微波结构件的焊接,力学性能和防腐性能满足了微波零部件的使用要求,可为同类产品设计及工艺提供参考。
On the basis of analysis for the reasons that the precision microwave parts made by Aluminum alloy of one model of radar would appear large amount of corrosion in the process of salt bath brazing, this paper put forward the reasonable process parameters through a large mumble of technology experiments. And then the brazing of precision microwave components of Aluminum alloy with various structures has been finished, which has meet the requirements of electric properties and corrosion protection performances. Meanwhile the new technology can provide parameters to the design and techniques of the same type products.
