摘要 以提高车辆动态称重精度为目的。从两方面提出了改善措施:在分析车辆通过秤态势的受力情况的基础上,设计了一种高精度的集成化动态称重仪结构;针对动态称重实际的波形,设计了一种新的数据处理方法。从而提高了动态称重精度。 In order to improve the accuracy of vehicle dynamic weighing system, the improvement measures were given from two respects. The integrated dynamic weighing apparatus with a high accuracy was developed based on analyzing the loads that the weighing board received when vehicles were being passed on it. And then a new data processing method based on the actual wave form of dynamic weighing was designed. To the effect, this design evidently enhanced the accuracy of dynamic weighing.
