基于计算机仿真对高等教育学费的研究

摘要 通过对国家生均拨款、培养费用、家庭收入、不同专业的收费标准等大量数据的搜集整理基础上,引入学习能力系数概念,建立了Agent模型和MAR仿真模拟模型。通过MATLAB7.0编程模拟的方法,获取量化的学习能力系数值。引入高等教育经费概念,建立了层次结构模型,利用矩阵运算,得出高等教育经费关于平均学费、平均每人国家拨款、平均每人学校筹款的函数,通过建立的线性规划模型求解,探讨当前我国高等教育学费收费标准的合理性。 Based on the large amount of data on funding per student of our nation, cost of the culture, household income, charges of different professions collected and processed, modulus concept, Agent model and MAR simulating model were built, with the concept of learning ablity modulus introduced. By the method of MATLAB7.0 programming simulation, the quantization learning ability modulus value was gained. At the same time, the higher education funds concept was led into, with the hierarchical structure model built. With the use of Matrix calculation, the higher education funds function about that tuition was derived, which was referred to as each person's nation appropriating funds, each person's raising funds at the university averagely. And the linear program model was built for finding out solutions. The rationality of charging standard was discussed for our current country higher education tuition.
