燃煤固硫中石灰石直接硫化反应机理的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 在压力比较高的增压流化床(PFBC)和O2/CO2燃烧方式中,由于压力增大,石灰石煅烧分解受到抑制,甚至不发生煅烧分解,CaCO3和S02直接进行硫化反应。笔者对石灰石直接硫化的反应机理进行综述,同时也综述了温度、CO2分压、O2分压及SO2浓度等因素对石灰石直接硫化速率的影响。这将对开发新的工艺技术具有重要意义。 At elevated pressures under PFBC conditions and in O2/CO2 coal combustion, direct decomposition of limestone has been restrained. CaCO3 and SO2 react directly. This paper reviewed reaction theory limestone directly vulcanization. The effects of temperature, total pressure, the partial pressure of CO2, SO2 and O2 on direct sulfation were presented in this paper.
