摘要
反电晕现象的存在,是电除尘处理高比电阻粉尘时除尘效率下降的主要原因,同时由于无效能的比例较大,电除尘电耗增加。笔者对电除尘高压脉冲供电方式进行了研究。高压脉冲供电可以有效消除反电晕现象,因此除尘效率得以提高。同时,高压脉冲供电可以合理蓄能并增加有效能比例,电耗大大下降。实际测试表明,将火花跟踪控制改为高压脉冲供电,粉尘排放浓度降低70.7%,电耗降低61.5%。
The discorona is the main reason for the declining in the dust removal efficiency when the ESP dealing with high resistivity dust and the power consumption of ESP increase because of a large proportion of ineffective energy. The high -voltage pulse supplying can effectively eliminate the damage of discorona, increase the dust removal effi- ciency and lower electrical energy consumption at large amplitude. The experiment indicate that the smoking density in the pulse supplying reduced 70.7% and power consumption reduced by 61.5% than the spark following.
