鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术在慢性肥厚性鼻炎中的应用

Radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of Chronic Rhinitis with endoscope.

目的探讨等离子射频消融技术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的治疗效果及临床应用。方法回顾2007年4月至2008年10月我科收治110例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者，在鼻内镜下行下鼻甲等离子消融治疗，术后均分别在1周、2周、1个月、3个月、6个月予以追踪观察。结果110例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者中，治愈85例，有效24例，无效1例，总有效率98．1％。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation on chronic rhinitis through clinical observation on a group treated by this kind. Methods To study 110 cases with chronic rhinitis from April 2007 to October 2008,treated by radiofrequency ablation to inferior turbinate. Then they were followed up for one week,two weeks, one month,three months and six months to observe the therapeutic effect. Results The total response rate was 98.1% on the 6 months post - operatively. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation on chronic rhinitis is effective and harmless.
