摘要
目的探讨不同检测系统测定乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)的灵敏度差异。方法标准HBsAg血清系列稀释后,分别用基于EILSA和化学发光法的六种检测系统进行测定,并观察各检测结果间的相关性。结果两种国产EILSA试剂只能检测出≥1ng/ml的HBsAg。进口的EILSA试剂盒与较为先进的化学发光珐检测下限相当,化学发光法的检测灵敏度较高,普遍达到了0.125ng/ml的水平。结论对于HBsAg的测定,化学发光法检测系统具有普遍较高的检测灵敏度。
Objective To investigate the sensitivity of different systems for the detection of HBsAg. Methods Standard HBsAg serum was serially diluted, and was determined by different systems based on ELISA and chemiluminescence principles, and observed the relationship between resuhs of either 2 methods. Results 2 kinds of domestic ELISA kits could detect HBsAg only whose concentration was above 1.0 ng/ml. Surprisingly, the ELISA kit made by halian Solin Company had the same sensitivity as chemiluminescence systems. Chemilumines-cence systems can universally detect HBsAg with the concentration of 0. 125 ng/ml. All of these systems, Roche MODULAR -EE system had the highest sensitivity,Whose lower detection limit was 0. 0156 ng/ml. Conclusion All of the detection systems for the detection of HBsAg, the chemiluminescence systems have relatively a higher detection sensitivity.
