Bell氏面瘫病因及针刺疗效的探讨

Acupuncture Treatment of Bell's facial paralysis in the pathogenesis of clinical research

目的对Bell氏面瘫的可能致病因素进行研究,探讨针灸治疗与其致病因素之间的关系。方法治疗前采集28例面瘫患者静脉血,进行机体免疫功能及病毒检测,并与正常人的检测结果进行比较。结果Bell氏面瘫患者组血清IgG含量明显高于正常人对照组,IgA和C3低于对照组,CD4阳性T细胞数高于正常人对照组。28例患者中,柯萨奇病毒和单纯疱疹病毒I型阳性15例;对照组22例中,单纯疱疹病毒I型特异性抗体检出1例。结论Bell氏面瘫的发病考虑可能与病毒感染有关,因此在针灸治疗的过程中亦要扶助正气。

Objective In this paper,Bell＇s facial paralysis on the possible pathogenic factors research and analysis of acupuncture and its relationship between pathogenic factors. Methods 28 cases collected before treatment in patients with facial paralysis blood for immune function and virus detection, and with normal test results were compared. Results Bell＇s facial paralysis in patients with serum IgG concentration was significantly higher than the normal control group, IgA and C3 is lower than the control group, CD4 - positive T cell count higher than the normal control group ; 28 cases of patients with Coxsackie virus and simple herpes simplex virus I - positive pa- tients with a total of 15 cases ,22 cases of normal control group, herpes simplex virus I - positive type - specific antibodies were detected in 1 case. Conclusion Bell＇s facial paralysis may be related to the incidence of HIV infection to consider, therefore in the process of acupuncture is to help the righteous.
