摘要
目的:评价胃癌介入化疗与全身化疗的疗效。方法:对60例经病理证实的胃癌患者进行回顾性分析,其中术前经介入插管化疗32例,全身性化疗28例,所用药物为氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷(FuDR)、阿霉素等。结果:介入插管化疗组总有效率81.25%。全身性化疗组总有效率50.00%。结论:中晚期胃癌介入化疗疗效优于全身化疗。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of interventional treatment and systemic chemotherapy on gastric cancer. Method Sixty cases with gastric cancer confirmed by pathology were reviewed. Out of the 60 cases,32 received preoperative interventional chemotherapy and 28 received systemic chemotherapy with fluorodeoxyuridine （ FuDR）, adriamycin etc. Results The total effective rate in the interventional chemotherapy group was 81.25%, against 50. 00% in the systemic chemotherapy group. Conclusion Interventional chemotherapy is more effective than systemic chemotherapy on intermediate or late gastric cancer.
