Sustainable development of regional economy based on ecological construction of soil and water conservation

针对山西省大同地区水土流失严重、生态环境脆弱,对区域经济和社会发展产生了十分不利影响的现状,探讨了水土保持生态建设可持续发展的必要性,并着重论述了开展水土保持生态建设的实践与成效,提出了以"民生水保"为核心的水土保持生态建设支撑区域经济发展的具体措施。

With regard to the present situation of severe soil and water loss and fragile ecological environment having adverse effect on the regional economy and social development,the necessity of sustainable development and ecological construction of soil and water conservation was discussed.The practices and achievements of the ecological construction of soil and water conservation were highlighted.The specific measure,the water and soil conservation for the livelihood as the core,was put forward for the sustainable development of regional economy based on ecological construction of soil and water conservation.
