高等医学院校医事法学文化是大学文化的重要组成部分,医事法学文化教育既具有工具性和基础性,又具有人文性。在新的历史时期,我们必须坚持独立自主的价值原则,积极融入全球化中。坚持医事法学文化建设的民族性,充分发挥中国传统文化的现代性价值,同时吸收和借鉴人类优秀的文化发展成果,构建现代医学院校生态的、和谐的医事法学文化。

The medical jurisprudence culture is an important aspect of in the culture construction of medical universities. Education of medical jurisprudence culture is instrumental, fundamental and humanistic. In the new era, on the one hand the principle of independence must be adhered to. On the other hand, we also need international cooperation and participate actively in the globalization. We should adhere to the national entity in the construction of medical jurisprudence culture, make full use of the value of traditional Chinese culture, absorb and draw lessons from the outstanding achievement of mankind culture development, and construct an ecological and harmonious medical jurisprudence culture.
