摘要
传统的以水泥处置乳化沥青混合料所得到的路面材料(C-ETM)的刚度高,疲劳性能差,路用使用性能不尽人意.本工作以复合材料结构为突破点,提出了将乳化(橡胶)沥青预裹粗集料分散于水泥砂浆基体当中的三相复合材料模型,并通过粗集料表面预裹乳化(橡胶)沥青工艺成功地实现了该种复合材料结构,得到了乳化(橡胶)沥青水泥混凝土路面材料(RACC).经过近千根试件的室内试验、试验路验证和微观力学分析,表明RACC解决了C-ETM存在的问题,是一种具有较好使用性能的复合路面材料.
Traditionally developed cement_asphalt emulsion treated mix (C-ETM) is unsatisfactory for its high rigidity and poor fatigue properties. In this paper, a three_phase cement mortar matrix composite model is proposed with (rubberized) asphalt coated coarse aggregates dispersed in the matrix. The composite material can be prepared by precoating coarse aggregates with (rubberized) asphalt emulsion, resulting in (rubberized) asphalt emulsion modified cement concrete (RACC). Nearly one thousand specimens were used in laboratory tests, test road inspection and microscopic mechanical analyses. The results show that the problem of high rigidity and poor fatigue properties in C-ETM can be solved by using RACC instead, leading to a kind of well-performed pavement composite.
