摘要 在对石英晶体微天平(QCM)的工作原理和检测方法进行了研究之后,本文提出采用参比QCM补偿的方法来克服温湿度等非质量因素对测量结果的影响,并研制了以M SP 430F 112单片机为核心的低成本的QCM气体检测系统.详细阐述了该系统的硬件结构和软件设计.为验证系统设计的合理性,用聚苯胺作为敏感材料制备了QCM氨传感器,通过并使用该系统对它性能进行检测.结果表明,与QCM传感器一起配合,该系统可以用来检测环境中气体的浓度. The principle and detection methods of QCM (Quartz Crystal Mierobalance) has been discussed, and then has been introduced a reference QCM compensation to minimize measurement errors. It also proposes a low cost QCM gas detection system based on MSP430F112 microcontroller. The details about the hardware architecture and software design of this gas detection system are illustrated. To verify rationality of the system, a QCM ammonia sensor is fabricated based on polyanilne, and its performance is tested by the system. The results show that, along with QCM sensor, the system can be used to detect gas concentration.
